Joy Matute

is one of our cooks whose job it is to make you forget your diet! She works hard in the kitchen to make your meals here memorable, and specialized in seafood and desserts – her chocolate cake in particular is something to die for! Joy has two little girls, Heide and Hillary and lives in Camp Bay.
