Direct flights between the USA and Roatan are currently only available on Saturdays and Sundays from the following 3 airlines:

Continental has direct flights between Houston, TX and Roatan on Saturdays. 

Delta has direct flights between Atlanta,GA and Roatan on Saturdays.

TACA has direct flights between Houston and Roatan on Saturdays, and between Miami and Roatan on Sundays.        

Mid-week flights:

TACA, AMERICAN AIRLINES and CONTINENTAL have daily flights to San
Pedro Sula, in mainland Honduras. You would then need to take a local
airline flight from San Pedro Sula to Roatan.

If you need to make arrangements to travel to other parts of Honduras TropicalREZ are great. They will also make arrangements to come from mainland Honduras to Roatan and back.

Once you land here, customs is quick (usually) then it's a 30 -45 min. car ride to the town of Oakridge, a 15 min boat ride to the Lodge and you can be out on the flats within 10 mins of dropping you bags, getting changed, and grabbing a cold one.
