At Mango Creek Lodge, we
believe our first responsibility
is to our guests. Our objective is to put a smile on each customer’s face.
To meet that objective, we must

lodge. Everything we do must be

costs to maintain reasonable
prices.

are responsible to our
employees, the men and women
who work with us each day. Everyone
must be considered as an individual.

merit. We must be helpful in finding
ways to help our employees fulfill
their family responsibilities.
Employees must feel free to make
suggestions and complaints.

are responsible to the
communities on the
Island of Roatan, where we live and work. We must
support good works and charities. We
must also bear our fair share of
taxes. We must encourage island
improvements and better health and
education.

must maintain, improve, and protect
the
environment and natural
resources of Roatan, which we are
privileged to use.
